Crunchy, zesty and guilt-free, these tortilla chips are the perfect easy snack. They are ready in under 10 minutes, require no oil and are the ultimate dipper. Try them with my Oil-Free Hummus, Oh My Guac or Cashew Nacho Cheese. HAPPY DIPPING!

Oil Free tortilla chips

 

This recipe is GF, V, oil-free. Serves 2
 

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 8 corn tortillas (look for 100% corn as many have additives)
  • Juice 1/2 lime
  • Pinch salt

 

HOW TO:

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F) and line 2-3 trays with baking paper
  2. Using a large knife or pizza cutter, slice each tortillas into 6 triangles
  3. Spread the tortilla triangles over the trays so that no pieces are overlapping
  4. Squeeze lime juice over the tortillas and sprinkle with salt
  5. Place in the oven for around 10 minutes until they are golden and crunchy
  6. Serve with your favourite dips
